1. Purpose
This website is operated by Codiste Pvt Ltd. Advertising or promoting this website, its content, its services, or any related Codiste offering through spam or unsolicited bulk messages is not permitted. What follows binds Codiste and everyone acting on its behalf.
2. Scope
This policy covers every Codiste employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, partner, vendor, and service provider, along with anyone else sending electronic communications for Codiste or on its behalf. Email, SMS, and messages across social or professional networks all fall within it, sent individually or in bulk.
3. Prohibited practices
In connection with this website, none of the following is permitted:
- Unsolicited bulk or mass advertising messages.
- False or misleading sender names, addresses, domains, subject lines, or routing information.
- Contact data obtained unlawfully, or used in breach of applicable law or of a provider's terms.
- Further promotional contact with a recipient after they have asked for it to stop.
- Promotion of this website through spam or unsolicited bulk messages, by an employee, partner, vendor, or third party.
- Use of the Codiste name, this domain, or its links inside spam or unsolicited bulk advertising.
4. Permitted communications
Electronic messages are sent only where the law allows, and only within these limits:
- Messages the recipient requested or subscribed to.
- Individually relevant messages to a business contact within an existing or prospective business relationship, in compliance with applicable law.
- Transactional, service, and administrative messages.
Each of these names Codiste as sender, carries an accurate subject line, includes valid contact details and a physical postal address, and offers a clear way to opt out.
5. Opt-out
Opt-out requests are acted on promptly. An address that opts out joins a suppression list and stays clear of further promotional messages, except where the law requires contact or where confirming the opt-out calls for it. Suppression records are retained so that re-contact does not occur.
6. Third-party compliance
Anyone sending messages for Codiste or on its behalf is bound by this policy and by every applicable communications and data-protection law. Engaging a third party confers no licence on that party to use spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, misleading sender information, or any other prohibited practice in promoting this website.
7. Reporting and enforcement
Report any message you believe breaches this policy to nishant@codisteconsulting.com. Include a copy of the message, the date and time it arrived, the sender address, and the full headers where you have them. Codiste will investigate, halt any non-compliant activity, and may terminate the access or engagement of anyone in breach.
